Eligible ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging and documentation.
Custom pieces
Engraved, resized, altered, or custom-made pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved order details.

Use the returns page with your order number and email. Approved returns receive handling instructions before the item is sent back.
